A doggy danced up a storm inside her cage at an animal shelter in Orlando, Florida. Workers appropriately named her Ginger Rogers. The stray, a possible Border Terrier mix, was found with heart worm disease not far from the shelter. She didn't have tags or a microchip but did have a harness on her, which leads experts to believe she had an owner. Experts believe Ginger Rogers used to dance for treats which is why she is always up on her hind legs.
