A man has been captured after he got his puppy high on methamphetamine and heroin, it’s accounted for.

Joshua West’s pet Bubba was found in a lodging room by officers and gave to creature control officers who saw the canine acting “torpid”.

They did a pee test, which tried positive, and a capture warrant for the 40-year-old was issued by police in California.

Officers say West could confront creature mercilessness and illicit medication ownership charges, as indicated by CNN.

Police lieutenant Robert Wright told the supporter that West was on parole for medication infringement and illicit substances were found in the room alongside utilized needles. Lt.
